  • Commitment
  • Satisfaction
  • Trust

 

  • 7/10 donors remember the thank you letter rather than the appeal
  • Supporter experience gives you the competitive advantage over a saturated third sector market
  • Loyalty should be measured on a long term basis and how we make people feel NOT how much money we have received from them by the end of the financial year
